CBT

By identifying unhelpful or distorted thinking patterns, clients learn practical strategies to challenge and reframe these thoughts, which leads to healthier behaviors and emotional responses.

Together, we will explore practical strategies and exercises that you can use in your everyday life to manage stress, anxiety, or low mood, helping you feel more in control and confident.


EFT

Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) emphasizes the role of emotions in shaping experiences, behavior, and relationships. EFT emphasizes understanding and processing emotions as a pathway to healing and change. This approach supports clients in increasing emotional awareness, strengthening emotional regulation, and improving relationships by working through core emotional experiences. This therapeutic approach helps clients recognize, accept, and process emotions, particularly those that may have been suppressed or misunderstood. By exploring core emotional experiences, clients gain insight into their emotional needs and patterns, leading to improved self-awareness, stronger relationships, and adaptive coping strategies.
